ABOUT US
Dr. Tracy Rodgers FRCSC, OB-GYN
Dr. Rodgers wears many crowns: OBGYN, "vaginal psychologist," menopause expert, and fierce advocate for women’s health. With over 20 years of gynecological expertise, Dr. Rodgers brings science, heart, and hilarious honesty to the Menopolooza stage.
Having navigated her journey through early menopause, Dr. Wayne knows firsthand the confusion, comedy, and courage it takes to survive and thrive. She blends clinical wisdom with a deep understanding of the emotional rollercoaster that often comes with midlife, making her uniquely equipped to inform, comfort, and make you snort-laugh, sometimes all at once.
Get ready to feel seen, heard, and downright empowered. Dr. Wayne is the real deal, and she’s here to bust myths, drop f-bombs, share truths, probably bring some tears to our eyes, and remind us all that we are not broken- we are becoming.
Bryn Meadows MA- RPC-MPCC
Hi, I’m Bryn. I am a Counsellor, a healthcare leadership nerd, and a professional human being. Through my work, I have over twenty years of experience walking alongside people through the messy, meaningful, and magical parts of being human.
I created Menopolooza because I believe menopause is not the end, it’s a rite of passage. A wild, weird, and holy season where we get to reclaim ourselves, rewrite the script, and raise a little hell (or at least raise our voices). My work is trauma-informed, body-celebrating, and deeply rooted in compassion, with a healthy dose of humour.
With a Master’s degree in Healthcare Leadership and 25 years in the mental health field, I bring clinical expertise and compassion to my work. I’m a Registered Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (MPCC) and a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator–Clinician (CDWF), trained in the transformational methodology based on Dr. Brené Brown’s research on vulnerability, shame, and courage.
I live in Victoria, BC, with my husband and our scruffy dog pack. There, I garden, devise new ways to dismantle the patriarchy, and fiercely love my clients and community.
ABOUT MENOPOLOOZA
Let’s be entirely honest: perimenopause and menopause have been kept in the shadows for far too long, whispered about as if they are something to endure in isolation.
Menopolooza is here to change the narrative.
Co-founded by Bryn Meadows (MPCC, RPC) and Dr. Tracy Rodgers, Menopolooza is a groundbreaking professional conference and community gathering designed to strip away the stigma, confusion, and clinical coldness surrounding midlife hormonal health. We are bringing together the sharpest medical minds, clinical experts, and holistic practitioners for a dynamic, high-energy event that is equal parts education, empowerment, and celebration.
This isn’t just another “watch paint dry” healthcare symposium. It is a vibrant, collaborative arena where cutting-edge women's health research meets real, raw, lived experiences.
Why Menopolooza Matters
Navigating this season of life requires more than just Google searches and coping mechanisms; it requires systemic advocacy, evidence-based tools, and deep relational scaffolding. We believe that when women are armed with accurate clinical knowledge and supported by an authentic community, they don't just "survive" midlife- they step into their most powerful, unapologetic era yet.
What We Stand For:
-Radical Education: Demystifying the biological, psychological, and emotional shifts of the menopausal transition with transparent, evidence-based science.
-Systemic Advocacy: Shifting the healthcare conversation from passive management to proactive, individualized, and high-standard care for women.
-Connection & Community: Breaking down isolation by bringing women together to share stories, laugh, validate each other's experiences, and build a lasting framework of mutual support.
Whether you are looking for clarity on the latest clinical options, seeking expert guidance to reclaim your vitality, or simply looking to connect with a fierce collective of women who refuse to play small: Menopolooza is your space.
