Menopolooza Mobile is for information and self-reflection only—not a medical device or a substitute for professional care.

Quick Help / FAQ

  • Why is Insights blank?
    Add at least one Mood or Symptom entry. Insights appear once data exists.

  • How do I export my info for a clinician?
    (v1.0) Copy text from Journal or share a screenshot. PDF/CSV export is coming soon.

  • The app crashed. What should I do?
    Reopen the app and try again. If it persists, email us with your device model and iOS/iPadOS version.

  • Where is my data stored?
    Your entries are stored on your device. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use tracking.

  • How do I delete my data?
    You can delete individual entries from within the app. Deleting the app removes local data stored by the app on your device.

  • Menopolooza Mobile — Terms of Use

    Welcome to Menopolooza Mobile (the “App”). The App is provided by Menopolooza (Victoria, BC, Canada) (“Menopolooza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

  • 1) What the App Does (and Doesn’t Do)

    The App helps you track moods, symptoms, and related reflections for your personal wellness.

    It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with questions about a health condition. If you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency services.

    2) Your Account (if any)

    The current version of the App does not require an account or sign-in. If future versions offer optional accounts, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

  • 3) Your Content

    You may enter content such as mood logs, symptoms, and journal entries (“User Content”).

    * You retain ownership of your User Content.

    * User Content is stored locally on your device unless we clearly say otherwise in the App or our Privacy Policy.

    * You are responsible for maintaining backups of your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

  • 4) License to Use the App

    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any app-store rules (e.g., Apple App Store Terms).

  • 5) Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    * use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;

    * attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App;

    * interfere with the App’s operation or security;

    * upload or input content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another’s rights.

    We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

  • 6) Health Data & Permissions

    If a future version offers integrations (e.g., Apple Health), you will be asked for explicit consent before any data is accessed. Only categories you approve will be used, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

  • 7) Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (including text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Menopolooza or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

  • 8) Third-Party Services

    The App may link to third-party websites or services for information or support. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

  • 10) Disclaimer of Warranties

    The App is provided as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

  • 11) Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menopolooza and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • 12) Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold Menopolooza and its personnel harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

  • 13) Changes to the App or Terms

    We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. If you continue using the App after changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.

  • 14) Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately.

  • 15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Victoria, BC, for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App.

  • 16) Sever-ability

    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

  • 17) Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Menopolooza regarding the App.
