Menopolooza 2025 Testimonials

Menopolooza is a Revolution and not to be missed next year! Bryn set up an event absolutely stacked with layers of impressive speakers that took us on a deep dive into all things Menopause - the things we already talk about and then right into the things we don't or don't know how to talk about, but should!  Dr. Tracy Rogers spoke with such fierceness and passion it was impossible to not want to carry her information, knowledge and passion back into my community of people and spread the word -  Menopause IS in our control, we DO have the right to medical care, and we CAN get the help and support we need. Bryn Meadows, Menopolooza founder, spoke with such compassion, truth, honesty and emotional intelligence on Sunday morning it was all I could do not cry out for MORE PLEASE when she was done speaking. It was a privilege to be at the inaugural event and I will most definitely be back next year, with all my friends in tow!! Congratulations Bryn and team!

Attending Menopolooza was such a meaningful experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and inspired by the incredible women around me. I left Menopolooza feeling more knowledgeable and comforted by the shared experiences. Thank you for putting on Menopolooza. The love and care that went into it was evident from first stepping into the building.

OMG! Menopalooza absolutely blew me away from start to finish! It was so well organized and professional, while being immensely FUN and informative, and HOPE generating! I learned, I laughed, and at times was moved to tears!. The scope, depth, knowledge, and professionalism of the Panel of Presenters was incredible - not to mention their deep compassion, care, sensitivity and inclusiveness. I felt like every symptom of my Menopause experience was addressed quite THOROUGHLY in multi-disciplinary ways, including (but not limited to!) medical, physical, emotional, nutritional, and mental health perspectives . Every session was thoughtfully presented by a BC Woman Expert in her field, including: a Gynecologist, Naturopath, Registered Massage therapist, Pelvic Floor Physio, Registered Clinical counsellors, coaches, sexual health educators and advocates, and so many more. The workshop ran on time, and balanced beautifully between professional presentation of information, and audience participation, discussion, and feedback - CROWD SOURCING! All of the presenters had a great sense of humour, and the conversation moved with much laughter, authenticity, and a sense of "we're in this together" community. I came away with a lot of new knowledge and resources: concrete, actionable ways I can access medical care (without a current provider), and advocate for myself medically to get the healthcare I need to improve my symptoms and wellbeing. I have many new alternative medicine, movement and nutrition and mental health strategies for managing symptoms, which I am excited to explore.

All in all, it was a joy to spend two days with such incredible, juicy, kind, caring and knowledgable women, who are passionately committed to helping the women of BC access the knowledge, healthcare, community, and other supports and strategies they need to have a healthy, rich and fulfilling "second half of life"-- without losing their energy, vitality, bone density and organ health to untreated menopause symptoms.

Every touch point - from registering online, and pre-communications: "Here's what to expect, where to park, what is provided in the way of food, drink and amenities", to whimiscal swag bags, creative knowledge capture by a professional scribe/cartoonist, to Post-conference care: how to access the presenters content and stay in touch as a group, had been thoroughly thought through, and handled with attentiveness to detail, care, passion and creativity.

Many women at my table commented that while normally at the end of a 2-day conference they can't wait to go home, at this one, they didn't want it to end! They wanted it to go on and on! Many remarked they came in feeling tired and discouraged, and left feeling empowered, armed with tools and strategies they feel give them some agency to take back their energy and health. Kudos to the organizers, this conference was absolutely incredible!

THIS CONFERENCE WAS AN ABSOLUTE KNOCK OUT!!

Warmly, and with Gratitude,

I came away feeling confirmed, affirmed and validated. I now carry with me the collective feminine power that was generated over the weekend. I feel more informed, more grounded and more accepting of this new season that I am in. No more looking back, wishing for what was - time to walk proudly into self-love, wisdom and no fucks! -In solidarity and with love, Jennifer

My mother passed away September 19th 2025. And she never had the chance to advocate for herself during menopause. I was honoured to be in a room with so many beautiful woman taking a step forward in history. To help start a path for woman of all ages to have control over their health. A true beginning to woman's health. I am looking forward to attending again next year. Power in numbers! Vagina numbers. -Kimmy

What an empowering event. It gave me so much to think about and taught so much that I didn’t even know! It helped me by giving me the words and knowledge to speak to my doctor about what I need, which is so helpful and powerful!
I can’t wait until next year!

“Menopolooza… It was kind of like two days of stand-up that also answered all the questions I’ve ever had about female hormones.”

“If you like the word vulva, you’ll love Menopolooza!” -A

It was all I hoped it would be and I have been looking for! I’m 54, my time through perimenopause has not been easy to say the least. Menapolooza gave me kinship on the days we attend and new friendships to look forward to, information needed to help ease through this phase, a completely full heart, and an enhanced self of self-acceptance. So many beautiful souls to play with on those days. I will be back, with friends, next year!- AL
